Kuwait City, Kuwait, August 12, 2007 -- Kames Petroleum Services announced today the successful loading of the first cargo of condensate, produced from its natural gas Processing Plant at Ras Laffan, Qatar. The commencement of efficient loading operations from the new export facilities and designated tanks follows the successful start-up of gas production from Qatar’s North Field in June 2007.
The initial cargo consists of 500,000 barrels of condensate and two additional cargoes will follow later in August 2007. About six similar sized cargoes of condensate are expected to be exported every month once full production is reached.
